13 年间成功为 40+ 生产线（燃油泵、进气歧管、电磁阀）导入 MES，实现生产全流程数字化与可追溯性。
从 0 设计可追溯性数据模型，满足博世全球 LSS 及客户 100% 追溯要求；主导 ETL 流程，实现 Oracle → 大数据平台实时同步。
构建集中式 MES 查询系统，输出 200+ KPI 看板，服务生产、质量、计划、物流四大部门。
规划并部署所有产线 MES 网络、服务器、虚拟化及存储架构（HP/VMware/3PAR），为 AGV、WMS 提供高可用接口。
